If you like making cocktails and want to know what’s going on behind the bar, this workshop is for you. Here you will have the liberty to let your imagination flow and create your own drinks or reinvent our bartender’s recipes.
Workshop Goal
Can you imagine learning how to make different cocktails, taste them and know all about their history? If you like what’s going on behind the bar, this workshop is for you. Here you will have the freedom to let your imagination flow and create your own concoctions and maybe even, reinvent or redo our bartender’s recipes. We are sure that once you have completed this workshop, you will be the envy of your guests and they will marvel at the cocktails you will be able to make.

Min.: 6 People – Max: 12 People.
•Location and Season
This workshop takes place in the vicinity of the palace tavern, on floor -1. This is the perfect location, because, as the name itself says, the participant will find him or herself <<on the other side of the bar>>. Getting to know the workplace, the tools and creations of a bartender.
The schedule by default is at 17:00 all year long.
•Activity development
In this program, participants will prepare 3 different cocktails, depending on the season which each cocktail implies. The bartender will tell a short story of where each cocktail originates from and teach you about the technical names. You will be given a small notebook, a corporate pen and a cocktail kit, which includes a cocktail jigger and shaker.
Once our drinks are ready, you will be able to taste them while enjoying a cheese board.
•Itinerary
- Workshop presentation – 10 min.
- Introduction (Bar origin and massification throughout history) – 10min.
- Hand out workshop kit (jigger, cocktail shaker, bar spoon, strainer, ice tongs) – 5min.
- Hands On (cocktail preparation) – 45 min (15 min per cocktail).
- Tasting – 10 min.
- Workshop closing – 5 min.
