Sustainability
A commitment born from the land
We believe in a form of hospitality where architecture, nature, and community coexist in balance, giving rise to a conscious, authentic experience that respects its surroundings.

Sustainability is not a trend for us, but part of our DNA. The Hotel’s design engages in dialogue with our Park, respecting its trees and reusing original materials from the Palace, such as the wood that clads our spaces.

Commitment

We care for every detail

This commitment is reflected in a conscious operation: we recycle cardboard, plastic, and wine bottles with monthly environmental impact reports; we manage coffee capsules to ensure full recycling; and we continue to advance projects such as the reactivation of our vegetable garden and composting, ensuring that the ingredients used at Sequoia Restaurant tell a story of respect for the land.

In 2024, this work was recognized with the S Seal from Sernatur, a distinction with international validation by the GSTC, certifying progress in environmental, social, and economic sustainability. This is complemented by inclusion and community engagement initiatives, integrating collaborators and suppliers from the Pirque community, as well as the development of a green corridor with electric vehicle charging points.

Because we believe that caring for the environment is also a way of caring for those who visit us, at Hotel Las Majadas every decision seeks to honor the land and project it into the future.
