Our programs are integration and cohesion experiences between co-workers. Our priorities consist of building integrated and motivated teams, working towards a productive and common goal, and improving their coordination and their relation with the company. A facilitator guides the activities in order to reinforce the experience and make it consistent with the company’s set out goals.

Sanitary protocols are applied to each activity:

• Kit Covid-19: We hand out a necessary personal protection kit (gloves and mask) and hygiene and cleaning products (mainly alcohol gel) to each participant.
• A planning directed to controlling the reception’s capacity and respecting the minimum-security distance between people, defining each participant’s personal space.
• We disinfect all materials used in the activities, before and after. Sanitation of the area.

We have over 15 years of experience and have been present since the beginnings of Las Majadas. It is a privileged place thanks to the qualities of their services, either inside or outside, and completely aligned with our goals.
