Our programs are integration and cohesion experiences between co-workers. Our priorities consist of building integrated and motivated teams, working towards a productive and common goal, and improving their coordination and their relation with the company. A facilitator guides the activities in order to reinforce the experience and make it consistent with the company’s set out goals.

Sanitary protocols are applied to each activity:

Kit Covid-19: We hand out a necessary personal protection kit (gloves and mask) and hygiene and cleaning products (mainly alcohol gel) to each participant.
A planning directed to controlling the reception’s capacity and respecting the minimum-security distance between people, defining each participant’s personal space.
We disinfect all materials used in the activities, before and after. Sanitation of the area.
